Following a robust process and legal advice from expert charity lawyers – ParryField Lawyers – the Board proposed to change MEDSAC’s legal structure from an Incorporated Society to a Charitable Trust. This was voted on at a Special General Meeting of members held on 26 September 2024. The motion to wind up the Incorporated Society and transition to a Charitable Trust passed with over 90% approval.
