In this newly created role (previously incorporated with other portfolios) you will be solely responsible for the development and delivery of effective communications, website management and the production of publications.
You will be part of a passionate and high performing team where the work they do makes a positive difference to the people of Aotearoa. You will collaborate with the wider team of 7 on a fortnightly basis (online) and have regular quarterly get togethers in-person.

Location: Remote – Wellington based (also open to Nelson and Auckland) | Working hours: Part time 20 hours |Term: Permanent

This newly created role (previously incorporated with other portfolios) has plenty of variety where you will be primary responsible for the Membership, Training and Events portfolios.
You will lead your own workload managing end-to-end events, ensuring training courses are well executed and that all members and stakeholders receive an exceptional experience.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a passionate and high performing team who are making a positive difference to the people of Aotearoa. You will collaborate with your team online on a fortnightly basis and have regular get togethers in-person each quarter.

You will be described as a natural organiser with well-developed people skills and have proven experience:
Travel will be required – you could be away for 2-3 days (up to three times per year) along with some evening meetings and weekend events (2-3 times per year) so flexibility here will be important, however it goes both ways, and your employer will ensure there is work life balance.
